Alicia Peterkin
Founder & CEO
Alicia Peterkin, Founder & CEO of New Methods Consulting, Inc., leverages over two decades of leadership spanning customer service, business administration, operations management, and human resources. Her extensive experience has honed a keen understanding of effective people management strategies, guiding her in delivering exceptional HR solutions. With a dedicated team sharing her commitment to excellence, Alicia cultivates engaged workforces, fostering professional development cultures while mitigating turnover and recruitment expenses. Committed to surpassing expectations, Alicia and her team consistently drive client satisfaction and success. Beyond her corporate endeavors, Alicia actively contributes to the global community, previously serving as a Mentor for SCORE, as the Vice President of the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA) and as the Chairman of the Board of MySahana, a non-profit dedicated to promoting mental health awareness in the South Asian community.
Kai A. Peterkin
Beta Testing and Tech Support Specialist
Kai is in 6th grade, he excels in drums and tutors younger musicians at summer band camp. Additionally, he helped to lead his STEM team to the regional and state final competitions for Odyssey of the Minds. Kai is a distinguished Honor Roll member with consistently high marks. He enjoys karate, parkour, soccer, wrestling, and gaming in his free time. Overall, he is tech-savvy and dedicated to community service, always lending a helping hand to those who need it.
Baylee Rosado
Multimedia Strategist
Baylee is a versatile Multimedia Specialist with expertise in multimedia production, graphic design, and content creation. At New Methods Consulting, she excels in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, creating engaging visual and written content to enhance brand presence. Her role involves crafting website content and utilizing insights from branding and social media trends, alongside completing grant work. With a Bachelor's in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin, Baylee combines strategic communication skills with a sharp focus on multimedia storytelling. Outside of work, she volunteers with the Children’s Tumor Foundation and serves as a Guayakí Ambassador, demonstrating her commitment to community engagement and advocacy. Baylee is dedicated to advancing her career in designing and creating content, often found at her favorite coffee shop working on multimedia projects.
Brianne Do
Web Designer
Brianne is an innovative UX Designer specializing in data-driven research, adept at enhancing user experience through insights into consumer behavior. With a background in nonprofit marketing and a degree from Santa Clara University in Ethnic Studies with a minor in Political Science, they merge their interest in the complexity of humans with social science research in UX design. Currently serving as New Method Consulting's web designer, Brianne also teaches Vietnamese and cultivates a thriving garden from kitchen scraps. Their love for gardening is evident in their expertise as a thrifty gardener, with a fondness for the gladiolus flower. Brianne aspires to transition into the gaming industry to create immersive, accessible player experiences, believing in the transformative power of interactive storytelling.

Recruiter, Health-Focused
Jyothi Gopalli, an Electrical & Electronics Engineering Graduate, brings a diverse background encompassing entrepreneurship in home-based clothing, and tutoring underprivileged children in India. Relocating to London in 2022, she began as a Benefits Advisor at Volunteer Centre Sutton, advancing to roles in HR and recruitment at TheSocialTalks. Joining New Methods Consulting Inc. as a Contract Recruiter in December 2023, Jyothi combines technical education with business acumen and community service. Beyond work, she enjoys dance, cricket, and choreography, and cherishes family life with her spouse and two children since 2010. Jyothi's commitment and adaptability define her as a standout professional and community advocate.

Gem Panergayo is a versatile freelancer from the Philippines with extensive experience in virtual assistance and social media management.
