Alicia Peterkin

Founder & CEO

Alicia Peterkin, Founder & CEO of New Methods Consulting, Inc., leverages over two decades of leadership spanning customer service, business administration, operations management, and human resources. Her extensive experience has honed a keen understanding of effective people management strategies, guiding her in delivering exceptional HR solutions. With a dedicated team sharing her commitment to excellence, Alicia cultivates engaged workforces, fostering professional development cultures while mitigating turnover and recruitment expenses. Committed to surpassing expectations, Alicia and her team consistently drive client satisfaction and success. Beyond her corporate endeavors, Alicia actively contributes to the global community, previously serving as a Mentor for SCORE, as the Vice President of the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA) and as the Chairman of the Board of MySahana, a non-profit dedicated to promoting mental health awareness in the South Asian community.

Hayley A. Peterkin

HR Support Specialist

Kai is in 7th grade, he excels in drums and tutors younger musicians at summer band camp. Additionally, he helped to lead his STEM team to the regional and state final competitions for Odyssey of the Minds. Kai is a distinguished Honor Roll member with consistently high marks. He enjoys karate, parkour, soccer, wrestling, and gaming in his free time. Overall, he is tech-savvy and dedicated to community service, always lending a helping hand to those who need it.

Lindsay Joy Leybag

Manager of All the Things

Lindsay is the go-to “Manager of All the Things”, bringing a blend of administrative expertise, HR support, recruitment assistance, customer service, and creative content skills to every project she takes on. At New Methods Consulting, she supports everything from candidate sourcing and interview coordination to workflow management and client communications, ensuring smooth operations across the board. She is highly skilled in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Go High Level, HubSpot, Zendesk, SignalHire, and various CRMs, leveraging tech and automation to keep projects efficient and organized. Her background includes graphic design, video editing, social media management, branded content creation, and technical support, making her a truly versatile professional. Outside of work, Lindsay is a proud fur mom, passionate about music and online gaming, and values integrity and continuous learning in both her personal and professional life.

Brianne Do

Web Designer

Brianne is an innovative UX Designer specializing in data-driven research, adept at enhancing user experience through insights into consumer behavior. With a background in nonprofit marketing and a degree from Santa Clara University in Ethnic Studies with a minor in Political Science, they merge their interest in the complexity of humans with social science research in UX design. Currently serving as New Method Consulting's web designer, Brianne also teaches Vietnamese and cultivates a thriving garden from kitchen scraps. Their love for gardening is evident in their expertise as a thrifty gardener, with a fondness for the gladiolus flower. Brianne aspires to transition into the gaming industry to create immersive, accessible player experiences, believing in the transformative power of interactive storytelling.

With a background in ESL teaching, Lhara has built strong communication, patience, and adaptability, qualities she now applies to guiding candidates and fostering lasting professional connections. Outside of work, she serves as Choir Directress in her local church, mentoring young singers and nurturing teamwork through music.
